OUT OF BOUNDS (Rule 27-1)
Beyond any wall boundary of the course.
The nearest inside points at ground level of any stakes of fence posts forming the boundary of the course (excluding angled supports).
The Clubhouse premises and enclosures.
When playing the 1st hole, on or to the right of the road beyond the sand beach access and the two white posts, also the car parking spaces in front of the clubhouse and the corresponding road between.
When playing the 16th hole, in or to the right of the trench.
FIRST HOLE
A provisional Ball may be played under Rule 26-1, in accordance with the Rules of Golf Appndix 1, Part A, 2b, if the original ball may be in the stream.
GROUND UNDER REPAIR (Rule 25)
When playing the 15th hole the trench defining out of bounds at the 16th hole.
The pump house area as marked at the 16th hole.
The footpath (and ground within one club length on either side) crossing the 18th hole.
INTEGRAL PARTS OF THE COURSE
(see definition of "obstructions" - Rule 24).
All walls
The tarmac road crossing in front of the Clubhouse at the 1st hole. The ball must be played as it lies or be declared unplayable.
WATER HAZARDS (Rule 26)
All water hazards on the course are ordinary water hazards except the stream behind the 9th green which is a lateral water hazard. The sea and beach adjoining the course are defined as a lateral water hazard.
STONES IN BUNKERS
Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions (Rule 24-1 applies).

FIXED SPRINKLER HEADS AND HYDRANT BOXES
All fixed sprinkler heads are immovable obstructions and relief from interference by them may be obtained under Rule 24-2. In addition, if such an obstruction on or within two club-lengths of the putting green of the hole being played intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may obtain relief, without penalty as follows:
If the ball lies off the putting green but not in a hazard and is within two club-lengths of the intervening obstruction, it may be lifted, cleaned and dropped at the nearest point to where the ball lay which (a) is not nearer the hole, (b) avoids such intervention and (c) is not in a hazard or on a putting green.
The green 150 yard marker posts are movable obstructions.
PENALTY FOR BREACH OF LOCAL RULE:
Match play -
Loss of hole; Stroke play - Two strokes
